TECKNIT SHIELDING WINDOWS

ECTC WINDOWS TM - COATED SHIELDING DISPLAY WINDOWS - ECTC WINDOWS are custom optical display panels produced by depositing a thin conductive transparent coating onto the surface of various optical substrate materials providing high EMI shielding performance coupled with good light transmission. Standard coating is 14 ohms per square with 70% light transmission. (SE): >90 dB @ 10 MHz; >30 dB @ 1 GHz.

TECKFILM TM- TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE COATING ON POLYESTER FILM - TECKFILM is made by depositing a conductive coating on transparent polyester film. It provides excellent light transmission and electrical conductivity. Teckfilm transparent film is available either cut to size, in rolls 30" by 15', or die-cut to specification. TECKSHIELD®-F - HIGH PERFORMANCE FLAT WINDOWS - TECKSHIELD-F provides excellent optical transmission and EMI shielding. Mesh is laminated between layers of glass, acrylic or UL rated polycarbonate providing ruggedness, moisture sealing, and enhancing optical contrast. TECKCELL TM ALUMINUM HONEYCOMB VENT PANELS - TECKCELL air vent panels consist of a honeycomb medium in an extruded frame. These panels are used in equipment requiring high levels of EMI shielding and air circulation. The standard material is aluminum. The vents are available in a variety of standard sizes. Optional frames, core material, finish, and mountings are available. (SE): >125 dB @ 10 MHz; >105 dB @ 1 GHz.

TECKCELL TM STEEL & BRASS - STEEL AND BRASS HONEYCOMB VENT PANELS - TECKCELL-S/B high performance vent panels are used in applications requiring the highest EMI shielding effectiveness. The standard honeycomb cell size is .125" wide by .500" deep. The panels are plated for extra protection. (SE): > 135 dB @ 10 MHz; > 115 dB @ 1 GHz.

TECKSCREEN TM - DUST ARRESTING EMI SHIELDING VENT PANEL - TECKSCREEN panels consist of three layers of aluminum wire screen sandwiched between rigid expanded metal and installed within a frame. Standard panels are available with an EMI gasket on the panel frame to provide a superior shielding interface. TECKSCREEN panels are an alternative to honeycomb panels. TECKAIRE® - LOW PROFILE DUST AND EMI FILTERING PANEL - TECKAIRE panels are made of a viscous impingement filter medium framed within an aluminum extrusion. Low profile TECKAIRE panels combine dust arrestance and shielding properties with minimal restriction of air flow. They are available with an EMI gasket on the frame. Maximum overall size is 12" by 25". (SE): >125 dB @ 10 MHz; >75 dB @ 1 GHz.
