TECKNIT LOW CLOSURE FORCE GASKETS

TECKSOF TM - SILVER NYLON THREAD OVER FOAM - TECKSOF low closure force gaskets are designed for EMI shielding applications requiring minimum closure force or where unusually wide tolerance gaps exist. It is constructed of silver-plated nylon thread knitted over a pliable urethane foam. This unique combination ensures that the gasket will maintain in close contact with irregular surfaces. (SE): >80 dB @ 10 MHz; >70 dB @ 1 GHz.

TECKSOF TM 2000 - CONDUCTIVE FABRIC OVER FOAM - The foam core is flexible and conformable making TECKSOF 2000 ideal for applications requiring low closure force and minimal compression set. Available with a UL rating and cut to length for easy installation. A wide variety of profile options and presure sensitive adhesives (PSA) and rigid mounting mechanisims are avilable. (SE): >100dB from 20MHz to 10 MHz.

BERYLLIUM COPPER FINGERSTOCK - EMI SHIELDING GASKETS - BERYLLIUM COPPER gaskets provide high shielding effectiveness in applications where very low closure forces are required. They retain a resistance to relaxation, virtually eliminating compression set and are ideal when force is applied parallel to the mating surface. Available in standard and SoftStock gaskets for large and small enclosures. (SE): >100 dB @ 10 MHz; >90 dB @ 1 GHz.

CONSIL® -V - EXTRUDED SILVER-FILLED ELASTOMER - CONSIL-V is a new extruded elastomer employing silver plated glass particles in silicone. The V shape profile is intended for use with electronic enclosures that require low closure force, and an environmental/EMI seal. Consil-V is attached via pressure sensitive adhesive, push rivets, or a combination of both. (SE): >70 dB attenuation at 1 GHz.
