DUOLASTIC TM - WOVEN WIRE IMPREGNATED WITH ELASTOMER - DUOLASTIC consists of a woven aluminum screen impregnated with neoprene or silicone elastomer (.016" or .020" thickness). The wire screen provides contact between mating surfaces; the elastomer ensures a fluid-tight seal. The properties of DUOLASTIC allow intricate shapes to be made. TECKFELT TM - THIN GASKET SHEETS OF SINTERED METAL FIBER - TECKFELT is a corrosion resistant steel fiber felt and is available in sheet form. It can be filled with a silicone elastomer for environmental sealing. TECKFELT gasket material is available in 12" by 15" sheets (.031" or .063" thick) and is also available without the silicone filler when shielding is the sole concern. TECKSPAN TM - EXPANDED METAL WITH OPTIONAL ELASTOMER FILLER - TECKSPAN gaskets are made from sheets of aluminum or monel expanded metal with over 200 contact points per square inch of surface. The small expanded metal openings can be filled with silicone elastomer to provide an environmental seal. Available in bulk, filled with silicone or unfilled, or die-cut to specification. ELASTOMET® - ORIENTED ARRAY OF WIRES IN SILICONE RUBBER - ELASTOMET consists of monel, phosphor bronze, or aluminum wires oriented in silicone rubber. Wires are chemically bonded for fail-safe retention and oriented perpendicular to mating surfaces. Sheets up to 9" wide by 3' feet long or in strips up to 1" by 11' feet long are standard. Die-cut and assembled gaskets are custom. (SE): >130 dB @ 10 MHz; >115 dB @ 1 GHz.

ELASTOFOAM® - ORIENTED ARRAY OF WIRES IN SILICONE FOAM - ELASTOFOAM consists of scores of individual, fine wires chemically bonded to soft, closed cell silicone sponge. The material has outstanding compressibility, recovery, and fail-safe wire retention. Available in standard widths from .125" to 1.000 in. Standard length is 11 feet.
