CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVES - ONE-PART SILVER-FILLED
RTV - TECKNIT RTV CON / RTV-1 is a pure silver
loaded, one component RTV silicone adhesive-sealant. It is available in
a 2 ounce tube and it is ready for immediate use without mixing. TECKNIT
RTV / RTV-1 cures quickly at room temperature and on exposure to air moisture
it will form a flexible, resilient, and conductive bond. Volume Resistivity
= 0.01 OHM - CM.
CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVES - TWO PART SILVER
AND NICKEL FILLED RTV - These adhesives are conductive, medium viscosity
systems with either silver or nickel filled glass particles. Each is formulated
with a special conductive material producing its own unique advantages.
The resultant bond or seal of each conductive system is flexible and resilient.
Volume Resistivity = 0.01 OHM - CM (Silver Glass); 0.1 OHM - CM (Nickel).
TECKBOND TM -C - SILVER PLATED COPPER-FILLED
SILICONE ADHESIVE - TECKBOND-C is a silicone
based system filled with silver-plated copper particles to produce a conductive
one-component adhesive sealant. It is an RTV moisture-cured compound ready
to use without preparation or mixing. The compound cures at room temperature
to form a resilient conductive bond / sealant. Volume Resistivity = 0.04
OHM - CM.

TM -NC - ONE PART NICKEL
COATED GRAPHITE FILLED SILICONE RTV - TECKBOND-NC
is a conductive silicone adhesive sealant RTV filled with nickel coated
graphite particles. Ready to use without mixing, it moisture cures at room
temperature to produce a flexible, resilient conductive waterproof bond.
Meets temperature requirements from -55 through 200C. Volume Resistivity
= 0.5 OHM-CM
ELASTO-BOND®
- NON CONDUCTING ADHESIVE / RTV SEALANT - ELASTO-BOND
is a ready to use non-conductive, single-component silicone-based adhesive
and RTV sealant. ELASTO-BOND cures by reacting with the moisture in the
air. It requires no mixing or preparation before using. It is recommended
wherever flexible bonding and sealing are required between a metal surface
and an ELASTOMET or ELASTOFOAM gasket.
CONDUCTIVE CAULKING
- SILVER FILLED FLEXIBLE RESIN CAULKING SYSTEMS - CAULKS consist of four conductive one-component systems filled
with silver coated or silver-plated copper particles providing over 100
dB shielding. Safe to handle, easily applied, and free of corrosive binders
they improve joint / seam integrity for electronic enclosures. Volume Resistivity
ranges from 0.0005 OHM - CM to 0.01 OHM - CM.
CONDUCTIVE
EPOXY - SILVER-FILLED SYSTEMS FOR JOINING, BONDING AND SEALING - TECKNIT EPOXIES are two-part resin systems consisting of epoxy
and hardener filled with either silver-coated inert particles or pure silver.
When mixed, the components produce an easily applied, creamy paste. These
systems are safe, non-volatile, and non-toxic. Volume Resistivity ranges
from 0.001 OHM - CM to 0.02 OHM - CM.
CONDUCTIVE GREASE - ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE
SILVER-FILLED GREASE - TECKNIT GREASE is a one-component conductive
silicone grease filled with silver-coated particles. Maintains a conductive
path between contact surfaces which are free to move. The grease can be
applied at elevated operating temperatures to vertical and overhead surfaces
with no dripping or running. Volume Resistivity is 0.02 OHM - CM.
CONDUCTIVE
COATINGS - SILVER FILLED PAINTS - TECKNIT
COATINGS are organic-type conductive acrylic and polyurethane paints filled
with silver. They can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping, or rolling
and are a cost effective method for shielding and grounding plastic enclosures.
Surface Resistivity ranges from 0.5 OHMS / SQ to 1.0 OHMS / SQ.
