CONSIL®-E - EXTRUDED SILVER-FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-E is a silver-plated glass-filled extruded silicone providing high conductivity and moisture sealing. Standard cross sections are rectangular, round, tubular, "D" shape, "U" channels, and P-shapes. Custom cross sections are available. Consil-E provides reliable, cost effective shielding for a range of applications. (SE): >130 dB @ 10 MHz; >100 dB @ 1 GHz.

CONSIL®-II - MOLDED SILVER FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-II is a molded silicone elastomer filled with silver-coated glass particles. It provides high electrical conductivity, broadband shielding and environmental sealing. Consil-II is designed to provide reliable and cost effective shielding. It is manufactured in sheets, molded shapes, strips, and die cut flat gaskets. (SE): >130 dB @ 10 MHz; >100 dB @ 1 GHz.

CONSIL®-R - PURE SILVER-FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-R is a molded silicone elastomer filled with pure silver. It is available in a variety of durometers and conductive compounds. CONSIL-RHT 855 silicone elastomer is ideal for high temperature applications. For aerospace applications demanding resistance to jet fuels, specify CONSIL-R fluorosilicone 854. (SE): >130 dB @ 10 MHz; >100 dB @ 1 GHz.

SC-CONSIL® - CARBON-FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - SC-CONSIL is a carbon particle filled silicone elastomer providing shielding and environmental sealing. It maintains its physical and electrical properties over a very wide temperature range. SC-Consil is made in sheets, molded and extruded strips. (SE): >85dB @ 10 MHz; >75 dB @ 1 GHz. UL approved (UL-400) material is available for all cross sections.

CONSIL®-C - SILVER-COPPER FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-C is an elastomer filled with silver-plated copper particles providing high shielding effectiveness and moisture sealing. Consil-C is available in sheets and die-cut or molded gaskets. It can also be extruded into standard rectangular, round and "D"-shaped cross sections. Extruded hollow strip forms are available on special order. (SE): >120 dB @ 10 MHz; >115 dB @ 1 GHz.

CONSIL®-N - SILVER-NICKEL FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-N is an elastomer filled with silver-plated nickel particles designed to provide high shielding effectiveness and corrosion resistance. Available in sheets, die-cut, or molded gaskets. Custom cross sections are also available. CONSIL-N is an excellent conductive elastomer for EMI/EMP shielding and environmental sealing. (SE): >120 dB @ 10 MHz; >110 dB @ 1 GHz.

CONSIL®-A - SILVER-ALUMINUM FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - CONSIL-A is a light weight elastomer filled with silver-plated aluminum particles. Achieves electrical conductivity with high shielding effectiveness and minimal galvanic corrosion. It provides excellent moisture seal for joints and seams. Available in sheets, die-cut or molded gaskets and continuously extruded strips. (SE): >120 dB @ 10 MHz; >110 dB @ 1 GHz.

NC-CONSIL® - NICKEL COATED GRAPHITE FILLED SILICONE ELASTOMER - NC-CONSIL provides high conductivity, broadband shielding and environmental sealing with good price-performance. It is ideal for commercial applications. Available in molded sheet / rule die-cut parts, extruded and molded shapes. A one component nickel graphite conductive RTV adhesive-sealant is available. (SE): >100 dB @ 1GHz.
